The interpreters, the equipment, the logistics and the on-site management – the entire language component of your event handled as one service, with one point of contact and one invoice.

Organising the interpreting component of a multilingual event involves more moving parts than most people expect. The right interpreters for the right languages, technical equipment specified for the venue, logistics coordinated so everything arrives on time, and someone present on the day to make sure it all runs without a hitch.
We handle all of it. You select the right hardware, we recruit a team of seasoned interpreters, and organise your event from A to Z. You focus on other things.
We start by understanding your event – the goals, the audience, the format, the languages and the venue. From this conversation, we propose the right interpreting format, team size, equipment and setup.
Every interpreter on your team receives your materials, presentations and agenda in advance. We compile event-specific vocabulary, research the subject matter and prepare the team thoroughly. Interpreters who know your field inside out deliver results that are audibly different from interpreters who walked in cold.
We arrange the transportation of equipment and the interpreter team – to the venue and back. Booths, headsets, microphones and all supporting hardware are delivered, installed and tested before your guests arrive. You do not manage a single logistics call.
Before the event, we are available for:
On the day, we manage the full technical setup – interpreter booths, wireless headsets for participants, microphones and any supporting hardware. A technician is on standby throughout. If anything needs adjusting, it is handled before it becomes a problem. Your guests hear everything clearly. You focus on them.
A minimum of two experienced interpreters per language pair work in rotation throughout your event. They have been selected for their knowledge of your subject matter and briefed thoroughly in advance. Your participants understand the others. The others understand your participants.
All interpreting services – the team, the equipment, the logistics, the coordination – on a single invoice. You do not manage multiple suppliers, chase separate quotes or reconcile different invoices. One contact, one proposal, one invoice.
Organising multilingual conferences, congresses and corporate events who want the language component handled as a complete service.
Coordinating international meetings, AGMs or leadership events where senior stakeholders need to communicate across language barriers.
Running events in the Czech Republic that require Czech, English, French or any other language combination.
Who have never arranged professional interpreting before and want expert guidance from the first call to the final invoice.
Everything you need to know before handing your event's interpreting to us.
Ask us directlyHow far in advance should I get in touch?
For large events with multiple language pairs and significant equipment requirements, 4–6 weeks gives us time to assemble the right team, arrange logistics and prepare thoroughly. For smaller events, 2–3 weeks is usually sufficient. For urgent requests, contact us directly. We will always try to find a solution.
Can you handle events outside Prague?
Yes. We coordinate events throughout the Czech Republic and internationally. Travel and logistics for both the team and equipment are included in the coordination service.
What if I already have interpreters but need equipment and coordination?
We can provide equipment and on-site technical coordination independently of the interpreter team. Get in touch with the details.
What languages can you cover?
Czech, English and French are my active working languages. For all other combinations – Russian, German, Polish, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Hebrew, Albanian and others – I recruit from my personal network of trusted colleagues. If you need a language not listed, ask.
How is the pricing structured?
Each event is different and priced accordingly – team size, language combinations, equipment requirements, duration and logistics all affect the total. You receive a clear, itemised proposal after the initial consultation. Get in touch to start the conversation.
What do you need from me to put together a proposal?
Date, venue or location, language combinations, approximate number of participants, event format (conference, meeting, hybrid, online) and subject matter. A 10-minute call is usually enough.
Every event is different. Tell us the basics and we will put together a proposal tailored to your needs.
